Q. When should I place my order?
A. As always, the sooner the better. If there is a deadline it will be listed on the home page.
Q. What should I do for sizing?
A. We have samples at the pro shop. We highly recommend trying on before buying.
Q. Can we return or exchange items?
A. You may return or exchange any items that are not personalized (shells, socks, sweatshirts). Any personalized items can not be returned or exchanged so please make sure you get the size correct and allow for any growth (or new pads) between now and the end of the season.
Q. What if I don't know my number?
A. Please place your order regardless of your number. In the checkout phase there will be a box asking for your child's player number. List at least three number choices in case it is taken.
Q. What items am I required to have?
A. Every team is different, please check with your team manager to make sure you order the correct items.
